Kohlrabi is an easy microgreen to grow and is very nutritious and flavorful.
Kohlrabi is a vigorous microgreen germinating quickly and reaching maturity in 8- to 12 days.
It’s a staple microgreen in my house and many restaurants because of its color, flavor, and texture.
The flavor of Kohlrabi is similar to sweet, mild cabbage. It is excellent to use in cooking, salads, or garnish.

I like to allow microgreen leaves to develop to a larger size as they provide more nutrition & flavor than producing smaller leaves and stems.
Microgreen density depends on many environmental factors and seed germination percentages.
