Tatsoi Mustard is known my many names, including tat soy, tat soi, spoon mustard, spinach mustard, broad beak mustard, rosette bok choy, and even Chinese cabbage.
It is quick growing and one of the milder mustards.
Tatsoi is a quick growing microgreen and grows well in northern climates, often over wintering in zone 5 and higher.
