The finished microgreen is a long, slender green similar to miniature chives. You can use micro-onions as an onion bulb substitute for many dishes — fantastic on hamburgers, salads, soups, garnishes, and more.
A small amount of onion microgreens goes a long way, so don’t use them too heavily initially.
