Best Tips to Always Have Fresh Microgreens On Hand

How to Stagger Your Microgreens in the Best Way to Always Have Fresh Ones On-hand

I may add to this podcast at a later time. But I believe the content in the podcast covers the best way to have fresh microgreens when you want them. Whether at a particular date or all of the time.

There are so many factors and each person or family will have different needs, but keeping good records so you know how long it takes for varieties to come to harvest in your home is important.

I also believe it is better to grow smaller trays more often and include varieties of microgreens that come to harvest at different rates is important.

Also, growing microgreen varieties with shorter tray lives and some that will grow longer in trays (can eat them in the true leaf stage) will give you a better chance of always having microgreens at the ready.
