This 10-inch by 10-inch microgreen shallow watering tray is made of thick and durable plastic.
This 1010 heavy duty shallow watering tray can be used indoors or outdoors with soil and hydroponic applications. This tray has no holes in the bottom and can be used as a watering tray for the 1010 Heavy-duty Planting Trays.
Bottom-watering microgreens keep the leaves dry and reduce fungus and disease issues. Also, the bottom watering method stops soil from splashing up on the microgreens reducing the possibility of washing the microgreens before consumption.
We highly recommend bottom-watering microgreens.
The outside dimensions of each insert are 10 3/8″ by 10 1/2″ by 1 1/4″. The planting tray will fit into this watering tray.
Trays are made of heavy-duty, recycled, food-grade, polypropylene plastic. These smaller trays are made of the same material as the 1020 trays in the video below.
