Garlic Scapes
Scapes are the first fresh garlic of the season. These curly stems are cut from the garlic plant to help the bulbs grow, but they are also very tasty themselves. Chop them up and use exactly like you would garlic. Sold by the bunch, a bunch contains 12 to 13 garlic scapes.

Salanova Lettuce
