Transcript from the Video
Welcome to the Ultimate Guide to Cilantro Microgreens. This course is designed to walk you step by step through growing vibrant, flavorful cilantro microgreens from seed to harvest and beyond.
Over the next seven sections and nine video lessons, here’s what you’ll learn. First, we’ll look at the two types of cilantro seeds, whole versus split, and which is easier and more reliable to grow.
Then we’ll dive into preparation techniques, exploring whether it’s better to soak your seeds before planting or to sow them dry.
From there, we’re going to move on to planning and the germination process.
I’ll share with you my preferred method, and there are a few alternatives, and explain when and why you might want to choose each.
I’ll also cover how to troubleshoot any common problems that you may have during germination.
Once your cilantro is sprouting, we’ll focus on caring for your microgreens. Knowing exactly when and how to harvest and how to get the most flavor and nutrition from your crop.
One question I often get is, Will cilantro regrow after harvest?
I’ll answer that too during the video. You also learn about the nutritional and health benefits of cilantro microgreens, why they’re worth growing, and adding to your meals.
And speaking of meals, finally, we’ll wrap up with a few simple recipes and parent ideas that will help you use your fresh cilantro in tasty, practical ways
Throughout the course, you also have access to the discussion feed where you can ask questions, share your results, and get help if you run into any issues.
So let’s get started growing your delicious, nutrient-packed cilantro microgreens right from your home.
