Pea Shoots with Tendrils


Green pea shoots or tendrils taste amazing.

The tendrils and stems are crunchy and the flavor is just like sweet garden peas!

We prefer to roughly chop the pea tendrils and stems up before adding them to a salad or cooked foods. You can also add them as they are to stir-fries or steam them.

Pea shoots are high in Vitamin A and C, as well as calcium, iron, and fiber.

Pea Shoots are packaged in 4-ounce clamshells.

Pea shoots tender upper leaves, soft stems, and curly tendrils are commonly used in Chinese and various other Asian cuisines. They are eaten like other leafy greens—quickly sautéed or stir-fried (usually with garlic), steamed, or served raw in salads.

They taste like a cross between baby spinach and peas
