My sunflower microgreens are 3 inches tall but most still have the husks on the leaves. How do I get them to fall off naturally?

Hi Karl, I use the Hybrid Blackout Method.

It helps, but you will still need to run your hand over the top of them to help them come off and you will have to pick some of the husks off if you want to keep all of your shoots. When I was growing them to sell retail, I would throw some away when I was putting them in the clamshells because it took too long to remove them. It is the nature of the beast I'm afraid.
